Converted Semi Luxury bus into an ordinary bus.
MSRTC converts its fleet of Semi Luxury buses into a fleet of ordinary buses after these Semi Luxury buses complete their run of 2,50,000 to 3,00,000 kms. Many a times, the comfortable seats in semi luxury bus are kept unchanged in ordinary bus, thereby giving the advantage for passengers about comfortable semi luxury travel in ordinary ticket rate. In next modification, the seats also get modified to ordinary seats.
Central Workshop, Nagpur had built very few Semi Luxury buses.
I remember, they built it in MWY 98XX series.
Then CWN built semi luxury buses in MH - 31 / 90XX series.
The next series CWN built semi luxury buses was MH - 31 / M 95XX
and MH - 31 / M 99XX.
Then CWN built semi luxury buses in MH - 31 / W 94XX series.
Later it was found that CWN built semi luxury buses in MH - 31 / AP 91XX series, MH - 40 / N 83XX and 84XX series.
This is one of the converted Semi Luxury buses.
